Oliver Thomas

Director - Head of Building Consultancy

Oliver leads Edwards’ Building Consultancy team, bringing more than 20 years’ experience advising occupiers, developers and landlords across all commercial sectors. Oliver is a chartered building surveyor and an experienced project manager, having managed large multidisciplinary teams across the UK for CBRE and GVA/ Avison Young, he knows how to bring the right team to the table to get the very best results.

Commercially focused and hands-on, Oliver is known for his rigorous programme control, sharp technical expertise and calm leadership under pressure. Clients value his ability to cut through complexity, protect their interests and deliver projects that stay on track, both operationally and financially.

Laura Daniels

Senior Project Manager and Building surveyor

Laura is a dynamic and personable building surveyor and project manager with strong technical expertise and broad commercial experience. She has developed a solid grounding in building surveying across a variety of commercial projects, supporting clients through both technical advisory work and project delivery.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, Laura is known for her diligent approach to project management and her ability to keep projects running smoothly from inception through to completion. Clients value her proactive communication, collaborative working style and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
